Litigation

Attending to varied litigation in both the High Court of South Africa as well as the District and Regional Magistrates Courts.

Legal Recoveries and Collections

Collection of outstanding amounts and unpaid debts, in compliance with applicable provisions of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.

Divorce and Family Law

Opposed and unopposed divorces in both the Magistrates Court and Hight Court of South Africa, together with associated action and / or application proceedings.

Municipal Law

Investigations into irregular and / or excessive charges levied by municipal bodies in respect of municipal services, as well as investigations into, and lodgement of queries regarding municipal valuations of fixed property.

Labour Law

Vetting and drafting of employment contracts; attending to disciplinary hearings; and assistance in matters relating to the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995, and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997.

Mining Law

Vetting and drafting of various mining related agreements including but not limited to Joint Venture Agreements, Off-take Agreements, Tolling Agreements, and Sub-contractor Agreements.

Commercial Law

High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation. Vetting and drafting of commercial agreements including but not limited to Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and Commission Agreements.

Wills and Deceased Estates

Preparation and drafting of last wills and testaments, as well as reporting of deceased estates to the Master of the High Court of South for the issuing of Letters of Executorship or Letters of Authority, and finalisation thereof.
